Leadership is all about doing for others what they either are unable or find too difficult to do for themselves. Cardinal among the values which define good leadership is vision, which clearly defines the heights the led could attain and paths to get them there. This vision without character, tenacity, courage and selflessness is lame at its best. Whoever isn’t willing to serve others’ causes with a sacrificial commitment to excellence has no business at the temple of leadership.

Every department within the Ministry has been assigned a unique and distinct role, along with specific responsibilities tailored to its functions. Each department plays a specialized and essential part in the overall functioning of the Ministry, contributing to the effective execution of its objectives and mandates. The allocation of specific roles and responsibilities ensures a well-organized and coordinated effort among the various departments, fostering efficiency and accountability within the Ministry's operations.
